Pre-session consultation
This is the time we can discuss what you want to accomplish in your session, any ideas you may have, if there are any specific images you are looking for, and how you want to use the images. It is also the best opportunity to discuss or visit your location preferences. As an on location photographer, I am available to come to your home, studio, gallery or other work space.
Please feel free to suggest any ideas that may seem challenging or a little crazy. We can usually make something work. I can and do bring my own lighting equipment, backdrops and props as needed. Sometimes the most limiting factor is the size of the space we have to work in.
Prior to your session date I will provide a project summary to include our location, length of session, the focus of the images, and a detailed shot list of all the images we have discussed for your approval.
Your Studio Session
A working studio session typically take 2 hours but may vary depending on your needs. I will make it as comfortable as possible. Most of the variables such as location, props you may want to use and specific shots, will be discussed prior to your session. Time will be built in for clothing, set or venue changes, and we will have a rain-date on the calendar if necessary.
Sessions are best scheduled on a day when you will not feel rushed and we can build in a little time for the unexpected or to accommodate any last minute ideas or concerns. I try to keep our in person time as fluid as possible by detailed planning ahead of time.
Professional editing and finishing of images acquired from your session
You are guaranteed a minimum number of images, the number of which is determined by your session requirements including length of session, number of participants, location and particularly your needs.
You may choose the images you wish to keep within the minimum number. If you wish to add more images to your collection, they will be available for purchase in addition to your session fee.

All sessions and packages include High resolution digital files. With high resolution digital files you have control of where, when and how your images are used or reproduced. Your images can be used for website and social media content, and for various print applications. Just let me know ahead of time and I can format them appropriately for you.
Studio Session fees begin at 150. per hour. All studio sessions are completely customized to your needs. The length, type of portraiture or package and all other details will be discussed and laid out in contract prior to your shoot. No surprises, just beautiful pictures.
